Ingredients
Medicinal ingredients (one capsule contains):
Chromium (Chromium Picolinate) 80mcg
Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl) (10:1) 200mg
Alpha Lipoic Acid 25mg
Gymnema Sylvestre 100mg
Bitter Melon (Momordica charantia) (10:1) 100mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, Water.


Directions
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules 2 times per day before meal or as directed by a health care practitioner.


Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder and/or diabetes. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have liver disease. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have intestinal disorders, or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. If you experience symptoms of hypoglycaemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness, tremor, sweating, nausea or headache, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.


Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breast feeding.


Known Adverse Reactions: May cause abdominal discomfort and diarrhoea. Hypersensitivity/allergy may occur; in which case, discontinue use. Product has been sealed for your protection.
