Lactobacillus Paracasei (whole cell) 2.5 billion cfu
Bifidobacterium Bifidum (whole cell) 2.5 billion cfu
Bifidobacterium Longum (whole cell) 2.5 billion cfu
Bifidobacterium Lactis (whole cell) 2.5 billion cfu

Non-medicinal ingredients: Fructooligosaccharides, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Gelatin.


Directions
Adolescents (13-17 years): Take 1 veggie capsule per day  


Adults: Take 1 veggie capsule 1-2 times per day  


Cautions and Warnings: Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhoea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.


Contraindications: Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea, or severe abdominal pain. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).
